1. Positioning method

Different positioning methods have different influencing factors. When the automatic assembly line process, such as mechanical equipment block positioning, the positioning accuracy is related to the Bending stiffness of the block and the speed when the block is touched.

2. Positioning rate

The positioning speed poses a great threat to positioning accuracy. This is because the kinetic energy of the consumed moving components is different when the positioning speed of the automatic assembly line of the machine tool is different. Usually, in order to reduce positioning deviation, the positioning speed should be effectively controlled, such as improving the seismic characteristics and caching efficiency of the caching device, and manipulating the propulsion system software to moderately slow down the moving components

3. Accuracy

The manufacturing accuracy and installation speed change accuracy of injection molding automatic assembly line have immediate harm to the positioning accuracy.

4. Bending stiffness

When the Bending stiffness of the injection molding manipulator's own structure and the Bending stiffness of touch are low, the positioning accuracy is generally low due to the vibration easily caused.

5. Weight of moving parts

The weight of moving parts includes the weight of the robotic arm itself and the weight of the object being grabbed. The change in weight of moving parts poses a significant threat to positioning accuracy. Usually, when the weight of moving parts increases, the positioning accuracy decreases. Therefore, when designing a solution, not only should the weight of the moving components be reduced, but also the hazards of weight shifting during work should be considered.

6. Driving Sources

The fluctuations in working pressure, working voltage, temperature, and temperature of hydraulic presses and standard air pressure can all harm the repeated positioning accuracy of injection molding robots. Therefore, necessary voltage stabilizing tubes and temperature adjustment measures should be selected. If an energy storage device is used to stabilize the steam pressure, an electric heater or cooling tower is used to control the temperature. When in low gear, temperature and working pressure compensation flow control valves are used to control the flow.

7. Automatic control system

The precision of power switch operation, hydraulic push rod control algorithm, and servo control is different. This is not only due to the varying accuracy and sensitivity of various hydraulic control systems, but also related to the presence or absence of feedback equipment for site feedback
