The automation of vertical injection molding machines not only occupies a small area on the ground, but also has high efficiency, which is more conducive to high-precision molding.

There are many types of vertical injection molding machines, and when choosing from them at the beginning, it is important to first distinguish which type of plastic machine the product should be made from, such as thermosetting plastics, bakelite materials, or PET materials, whether they are solid, two color, multi color, interlayer, or mixed color. In addition, some products must meet standards such as high stability (closed control circuit), precision machining, extremely high projectile speed, high injection pressure, or rapid production manufacturing (multiple control circuits).

Vertical injection molding machine features: the locking part and the injection part are on the same vertical axis, and the mold is opened in a vertical direction. Horizontal injection molding machines are suitable for small and medium-sized injection molding processing. Generally, plastic machines with a weight of less than 60 grams are more commonly used, and medium-sized machines are not suitable for selection.

5. Generally, the mold locking equipment is open all around, making it easy to equip with various automation technology equipment, which is integrated into the fully automatic forming of complex and exquisite products.

6. It is very easy to connect multiple machines and equipment in series, which is conducive to mass production of complex commodity molding.

7. It is very easy to ensure the consistency of the epoxy resin circulation inside the mold and the temperature division of the mold environment.

8. The automatic assembly line is designed to rotate the cabinet table, move the cabinet table, and skew the cabinet table, which is very easy to complete the molding of inserts and the molding of internal components.

9. During small-scale production trial production, the mold structure is simple and low-cost, and it is conducive to unloading.

10. Vertical injection molding machines have stronger seismic resistance than horizontal injection molding machines due to their low center of gravity.
